Give yourself some extra room according to your comfort level by selecting a slightly larger size closest to your reading. As a guide, you may add 0.25 to 0.5 Inch, depending on how loose you like it.
Generally, children’s wrists are 5.0 inches, women 7.0 or 7.5 inches and men are 8.0 inches.
